Coaching supports individuals with thought partnership and tools to navigate their current conditions at work and in life.

Coaching is a structured place for individuals to reflect on their values, goals, and roadblocks, and receive support in creating a pathway to answering the questions that are most pressing. We believe that when individuals within our organizations and movements are supported, it has a net positive effect on our larger movement ecosystem.

“Being the ED of a small nonprofit can be a lonely experience and I recognized that I needed support and thought partnership on how to best juggle what felt like an overwhelming list of responsibilities. Sara has been immensely helpful in both helping me clarify the values that guide me as a leader, helping me build my communication skills and helping me to prioritize and think strategically about my work. Since starting working with Sara I feel like I am more grounded in myself as a leader, communicating with more clarity to my team and more able to clearly think through complicated problems.”
