Coaching supports individuals with thought partnership and tools to navigate their current conditions at work and in life.
Coaching is a structured place for individuals to reflect on their values, goals, and roadblocks, and receive support in creating a pathway to answering the questions that are most pressing. We believe that when individuals within our organizations and movements are supported, it has a net positive effect on our larger movement ecosystem.
Our Coaching Services
We offer different types of coaching to best fit your goals and needs, including transition, conflict, leadership development, and accountability support. Our coaching services can be a standalone offering, or an additional service within a larger organizational development project.
We know that coaching is all about fit and chemistry, so we offer a free consultation with your potential coach to ensure a good match. Once you’ve had your initial call, you can book individual sessions or a bundle of quarterly, monthly, or weekly sessions.
Transition Coaching
Transition coaching is for folks navigating significant changes in their work, whether that’s a career shift, a new role, or an organizational transformation. Our coaches can support you in reflecting on your journey thus far, harvesting learnings and takeaways, and building a strong foundation for your next chapter.
Conflict Coaching
Coaching can support people navigating tension, disagreement, and conflict in the workplace. Someone might seek out conflict coaching to help them examine their own relationship to conflict, to strategize around how to navigate and resolve specific conflicts, or as an alternative support if mediation is not an option.
Leadership Development
Working with a coach can offer a consistent, structured space for developing your organizational leadership, clarifying your career goals, and building specific capacities and skillsets. Leadership can be lonely, but our coaches offer affirming thought partnership and tools to ensure you’re not going at it alone.
Accountability Support
Some folks come to us for coaching after receiving critical feedback or in the wake of causing harm. Coaching can provide a space for people to process the feelings that emerge in these moments and transform them into concrete action and growth.

While each of our coaches bring different identities, experiences, and perspectives to their coaching practice, we all describe our style as warm, affirming, and tools-based. Rooted in our work with movement organizations, we bring a power analysis to our coaching work by naming how systems of oppression manifest in our workplaces, and supporting coaching clients to recognize and uproot oppressive dynamics in their own thinking, behaviors, relationships, and organizations. We offer concrete tools and structured activities to create an engaging coaching experience, often using slide decks, toolkits, readings, roleplay, and more to support learning and transformation.

We offer one-off sessions for those who are looking to test out coaching before purchasing a bundle, or who are going through a concentrated period of transition, change, or high conflict and need immediate intervention. We also offer coaching sessions in bundles for those looking for ongoing support, which can include quarterly, monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly sessions.
While scheduling is between the coach and client to determine, we think that coaching is most effective as a durational practice and commitment made over a longer period of time (at minimum 3 months) to build a trusting coaching relationship.
