This feedback profile is a tool that individuals, teams, and organizations can use to build a different, more rigorous culture of giving and receiving feedback. We invite folks to use this resource as a way to develop, strengthen, and nurture relationships in their community through a self-assessment practice that can then be shared across teams and interpersonal working relationships.
This tool will support you to:
Assess your relationship, style, and preferences for giving and receiving feedback;
Build shared language and understanding across your team around feedback;
Strengthen interpersonal working relationships by preparing to give and receive feedback.
DECISION-MAKING MATRIX
This decision-making matrix is a tool your organization can use to build shared understanding and alignment around what Guiding Threads understands as the three core parts of making any good decision; what decision needs to be made; who is involved in the decision; and how the decision is made.
This tool will support you to:
Clarify across your organization who is involved in specific types of decision-making and the role each group or person plays in the decision-making process;
Provide guidance to participants in decision-making processes around how to initiate, contribute to, give input on, communicate, and implement decisions;
Transparently document and share where decision-making power lives within an organization and prompt reflections around how that aligns with the group’s stated structure and values.
